Enlighten Me Retreats – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Enlighten Me Retreats. By booking a retreat with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Acceptance of Risk: Enlighten Me Retreats accepts no responsibility for any injuries, illness, or loss of property during the retreat. Participants are encouraged to have personal travel insurance covering medical expenses, accidents, and personal belongings.

2. Right to Decline: Enlighten Me Retreats reserves the right to decline any person from attending the retreat. This is to ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all participants.

3. Women-Only Policy: All retreats are exclusively for women. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate men on any of our retreats.

4. Deposit and Payment Policy:

• Non-Refundable Deposit: All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
• Final Payment: The full retreat fee is due 30 days before the retreat start date. Failure to complete payment by this date may result in a cancellation of your booking, without refund of the deposit.

5. Cancellations & Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable. Refund policies on remaining payments, if any, will be provided upon request, subject to our discretion. By proceeding with your booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms and conditions.
